Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
No Returns of CBD products unless your product arrives damaged or defective, or the incorrect products were shipped.
Apparel items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Returned apparel must be in new condition and unworn, with all product tags still affixed. You will be responsible for return/exchange shipping cost. Please contact us at email@example.com for return instructions before shipping any product back to us. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT THE RMA # PROVIDED IN YOUR INSTRUCTIONS. You should expect your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period allows 5 to 10 days transit time for the product to be returned to us by the shipper, our internal processing time of 3 to 5 days, as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request of 5 to 10 days. However, in most cases, you will have your refund much sooner. If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or the incorrect product was shipped, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us right away at email@example.com and we will rectify the problem.
